1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and free from any physical damage or scratches.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable).
- A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, certain conditions render an item ineligible for return:
- Items that show signs of regular wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage (e.g., frayed cables from improper pulling, dropped powerbanks).
- Products missing their original packaging or included accessories.
- Items purchased on final clearance or specific promotional sales (unless defective).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
- Securely pack the item and ship it to our registered address: 12th floor, 1204, Range Heights, Behram Baug Road, Sarvodaya Sahakari Grihanirman, Jogeshwari, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, 400102.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
We take pride in our rigorous quality checks, but if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect.
- We will arrange for a reverse pickup (if serviceable in your area) or ask you to ship it to us, and we will dispatch a brand-new replacement immediately upon verification.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective/Incorrect Items: UC Products will cover all return shipping costs for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly.
- Change of Mind/General Returns: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item if you simply change your mind.
